Whipping Willow Gathering 2006
Each December, the Whipping Willow Association is honored to present this event and preserve the deep-rooted heritage of the martial arts. At the 2006 event, some historical moments took place. All in attendance had the rare opportunity to see the unique Hawaiian cultural art of Lua demonstrated by a group from the island of Maui. The event concluded with a ceremony recognizing the lifelong accomplishments of Steve Muhammad (aka Steve Sanders), bestowing him with the title of Sijo, founder of his own style of martial arts “Fist Law of the Warrior Spirit." Whipping Willow Gathering 2007
This DVD is a collection of highlights from the 2007 Winter Gathering presented by the Whipping Willow Association. Grandmaster Ming Lum – Chapter 1
The setting for the Chapter 1 DVD is casual, filmed while he was attending the San Diego Grand International Martial Arts Tournament.
